1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how IPTV Guide (“IPTV Guide,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a website operated in the United States, collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit this website, contact us, or otherwise interact with our services. It also explains privacy rights available to United States residents.
This policy applies only to IPTV Guide. Third-party websites, applications, streaming services, and platforms linked from our articles have their own privacy practices.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, IPTV account credentials, health information, or other sensitive personal information through our contact form. We do not knowingly request or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about visitors.

We collect information directly from you when you contact us, automatically from your browser or device when you access the Site, and from service providers that support website hosting, security, and email delivery.

IPTV Guide does not currently require advertising or analytics cookies to provide its core pages. Images hosted by Wikimedia Commons and links to other external services may cause your browser to connect directly to those providers. Those providers may receive your IP address, browser information, and the URL of the page making the request under their own privacy policies.

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for legitimate operational purposes:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers, including Vercel, which may process server requests, logs, and security data.
- Email-delivery providers, including Resend, which processes contact-form messages so they can be delivered to us.
- Security, technical, and professional advisers where reasonably necessary to operate or protect the Site.
- Government authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or a good-faith need to protect rights, safety, or security.
- A successor organization as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the Site, subject to applicable law.
We do not disclose contact-form information for unrelated third-party marketing.
7. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not currently sell personal information for money. We also do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or process it for targeted advertising as those terms are defined under applicable United States state privacy laws. We have not sold or shared personal information for those purposes during the preceding 12 months.
If these practices change, we will update this policy and provide legally required opt-out choices, including recognition of applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Contact messages may be retained while we respond and afterward for recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance. Technical logs are retained according to our hosting and security providers’ configurations. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
9. Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. However, no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You use the Site and submit information at your own risk, and you should avoid sending confidential or sensitive information through the general contact form.
10. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and other applicable laws.
11. United States state privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence and whether an applicable law covers our activities, you may have the right to:

- access or obtain a portable copy of personal information;
- correct inaccurate personal information;

These rights may be subject to exceptions and verification requirements. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
12. California privacy notice
For California residents, the categories described in Section 2 correspond to identifiers, internet or other electronic network activity, approximate geolocation, and information contained in customer communications. We collect these categories from the sources in Section 3, use them for the purposes in Section 4, and disclose them to the recipient categories in Section 6. We do not currently sell or share these categories for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
California residents may request access to specific pieces or categories of personal information, correction, or deletion, subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act and its exceptions. California’s “Shine the Light” law may also allow eligible residents to request information about certain disclosures for direct-marketing purposes; we do not disclose contact-form information to third parties for their own direct marketing.
13. Exercising your privacy rights
Submit a privacy request through our contact form or email miyuru2y@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe the right you wish to exercise and the information related to your interaction with us.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will use verification information only for that purpose. Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request for you, but we may require evidence of authorization and direct identity confirmation. If we deny an appealable request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Privacy Appeal.”
14. Do Not Track and preference signals
Because there is no uniform industry standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. Where legally required, we will treat a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale or targeted-advertising sharing. Because we do not currently engage in those activities, such a signal does not change the Site’s present data practices.
15. International visitors
The Site is operated in the United States, and information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. If you access the Site from outside the United States, local law may provide additional rights. You may contact us about those rights using the details below.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, providers, or legal obligations. We will publish the revised policy on this page and change the effective date above. Material changes will receive any additional notice required by applicable law.
